How should I store my infused maple syrup?
Once opened, we recommend refrigerating your maple syrup to preserve its freshness and flavor profile. Unopened bottles can be stored in a cool, dark pantry for up to two years.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most of our maple syrups have a shelf life of 24 months when unopened. Our cocktail mixers and bitters typically have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. Please check the 'best by' date printed on the bottle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your products organic and non-GMO?
Yes, our maple syrup is certified organic and we are committed to using non-GMO ingredients across our entire product line. We prioritize sustainable harvesting practices to protect our forests.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a personalized gift message which will be printed on the packing slip (prices are never shown on gift shipments).
